Smoking, candles, flowers and incense

For the safety of our historical properties and the comfort of all of our guest, smoking is not allowed in the inns.  Open-flame candles and incense burning are also prohibited.  Fresh rose petals are also prohibited to be used.  Failure to adhere to this policy will result in an automatic $500 charge to your credit card on file.  Any other damage over the $500 will be charged accordingly.

Pets & Children

We love them both but our insurance policy does not allow us to accept pets. 

 

Children over the age of 12 can be accommodated in select rooms with the accompaniment of an adult at all times.

Check-in

Check in is from 3-6 pm daily.  As a small inn, we can not accept unexpected early check-ins, and late check-ins can only be accommodated when available, and when pre-arranged. When making your reservation, please let us know your anticipated arrival time or simply give us a call and we will note your reservation.

Cancellations

We understand unforeseen circumstances may make it necessary for you to cancel or postpone your stay.  If you notify us 72 hours in advance we will cancel your reservation at no charge.  Less than 72 hours will result in a charge for the first day of your stay.  A no show will be charged for the entire stay.  If we are successful in re-booking your stay, will not charge you the cost of your stay less a $25 handling fee.

Reservation Alterations

If you need to alter your reservation to stay fewer days than originally booked, you are responsible for the full cost of your reservation if the change is not made prior to the 72 hour cancellation notice.
